- David Parker Ray, Westley Allan Dodd, Donald Henry Gaskins. Even other famous killers have this: Lee Harvey Oswald, John Wilkes Booth, James.
- Feb 12, 2013. John Michael Booth, James Francis Ray, and Lee David Oswald wanted it to be very clear. No one wants to be confused with a notorious murderer or a serial killer. Robert was his middle name but Bundy wasn't his last name at birth so I see why no emphasis was put on his full legal name.

Serial Killers Middle Name Lee
Watching the news today about Baton Rouge's most recent (alleged) serial killer got me thinking about how many notorious killers are named Lee. I thought of about six almost immediately. Some of you probably can, too. A quick search showed a few more without much digging, and a search for 'lee death row' got pages. What is it about that name?
Jeffery Lee Guillory (the new BR accused)
Lee Boyd Malvo
Henry Lee Lucas
Lee Harvey Oswald
Derrick Todd Lee
Aileen 'Lee' Wuornos
Stagger Lee Shelton (Killed 'Billy' Lyons - Remember the song Stagger Lee?)
Freddie Lee Gleen (CO Serial Killer; killed Kelsey Grammar's sister)
Scott Lee Kimball (CO Serial Killer)
Bruce George Peter Lee (killed 23)

Don't forget that Jarret Lee killed the LSU offense in 2008.

I'd bet the death totals are higher for LEroys (and Tyrones).
